Cleaning Meat after a Lizard falls on it
Question:- I was washing meat when suddenly a lizard fell on the meat from above. Can this meat be eaten?
Answer:- The body of a lizard is not unclean as there is no flowing blood in the lizard. If it falls on meet, the meat will not be unclean, i.e., it does not need to be washed according to shariah. But since it is a poisonous reptile and it is disgusting to look at it, it is better to wash the meat.
