فَسـئَلُوا اَهلَ الذِّكرِ اِن كُنتُم لَا تَعلَمُونَ‏

سوال:- صورت مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ ایک شخص نے مختلف لوگوں سے مسجد کی تعمیر کے سلسلے میں رقم جمع کی، اور اس رقم سے مسجد کی تعمیر مکمل ہوگئی لیکن کچھ رقم اسکے بعد بچ گئی ہے تو کیا اس رقم کو جو مسجد کی تعمیر میں خرچ کرنے کا کہہ کر لی گئی تھی کسی اور مصرف میں خرچ کرسکتے ہیں؟
