فَسـئَلُوا اَهلَ الذِّكرِ اِن كُنتُم لَا تَعلَمُونَ‏

So, ask the people (having the knowledge) of the Reminder (the earlier Scriptures), if you do not know.

Delaying or Leaving Prayers

Question:- I am a practicing doctor. I face difficulty in offering my prayers in due time during the operations as it may worsen the condition of the patient being operated. Can I leave my prayers?

Answer:- In the given condition, if offering prayers in due time threatens the life of the patient, prayers can be delayed till the time the operation ends.
