Distribution of Inheritance Between Parents, Wife and Daughters
Question:- If the husband dies leaving behind 2 daughters, one wife, father, mother and 2 sisters, then who will get how much from the inheritance? Please explain.
Answer:- In this case, the daughters will get two-thirds of their father's inheritance, the wife will get one-eighth, the father will get one-sixth, the mother will get one-sixth, and the sisters will be deprived of the inheritance because the heirs include both the father and the children.
