فَسـئَلُوا اَهلَ الذِّكرِ اِن كُنتُم لَا تَعلَمُونَ‏

So, ask the people (having the knowledge) of the Reminder (the earlier Scriptures), if you do not know.

Question:- I have started a business in which a friend has invested. All of the work is done by me, and I pay back the profit to him. My friend has two sources of income. One Is scamming which is surely haram.
Answer:- If your friend's second source of income is also Forbidden (Haram), then you must discontinue your business as all the investment is Forbidden (Haram).
