Maximum Permissible Amount for a Will
Question:- If I want to write a will from my wealth, then from how much amount can I do that?
Answer:- You can only write a will from one third of your wealth. Its illegitimate to try to distribute wealth from beyond that without the consent of the inheritors. If somebody had given the testation of beyond what is one third of the wealth, then that testation will only be applied on the one third of the wealth. It cannot be implemented on anything beyond that without the consent of the inheritors.
