Non-acceptance of Dreams for the Distribution of Inheritance
Question:- After the death of Zaid's mother, Rs. 70,000 cash was found in her closet with "70,000 trust" written on it and no one's name etc.
Answer:- First of all, it should be understood that the dreams of ordinary people, apart from the Prophets (peace and blessings be upon them), are not a Shari'ah assertion (Hujjat), and no Shari'ah ruling can be applied on the basis of a dream, hence the dream will have no validity in this matter.
