Question:- What is the ruling for a person who intends to perform Hajj ul Qiran, but for some unprecedented reason is not able to perform Umrah?
Answer:- If he has only made the intention without getting into the state of Ihram, then he should make the intention of Hajj ul Ifrad and perform his hajj.
