فَسـئَلُوا اَهلَ الذِّكرِ اِن كُنتُم لَا تَعلَمُونَ‏

So, ask the people (having the knowledge) of the Reminder (the earlier Scriptures), if you do not know.

Selling Plots before Full Payment

Question:- I buy and sell plots. My question was, can I sell the plot further if I buy the plot by only paying the Collateral Money?

Answer:- If a person buys a plot but pays only the collateral instead of the full price and the sale and purchase is done with all the rights, then the buyer will be the owner of the plot and the price will become liable on the buyer. If the buyer wants to sell the plot further, it is permissible for him to do so.
