Question:- What is the ruling for a person who intends to perform Hajj Qiran and is unable to perform 'Umrah due to an accident?
Answer:- If a person intends to perform Hajj Qiran but is unable to perform Umrah due to an accident, then it is obligatory on him to make up the missed Umrah and offer sacrifice.
