سوال:- اسلام علیکم ورحمت اللہ اجارہ کے متعلق سوال ہے۔ مجھے لگتا ہے کہ مارک اپ والی چیز کا نام بدلہ گیا ہے اور بس۔ قیمت زیادہ ہی دینی ہو گی مگر گاڑی بنک کے نام ہوگی اور وہ آپ سے گاڑی کا کرایا لیں گے - جب مکمل کرایہ بمع منافع وصول کر لیا جائے گا تو گاڑی آپکو دے دیں گے- پالیسی کی تفصیلات مجھے معلوم نہیں مگر غالب گمان ہے کہ کسی مہینے کرایا نہ دوں تو اس کا جرمانہ بھی لگے گا- کیا یہ سب سود اور حرام ہے ؟
