Distribution of Inheritance Between Parents, Wife and Daughters

سوال:- ایک شخص نے اپنے دو بیٹوں کو دوکان کھولنے کے لئے اس طرح سے رقم دی کہ ایک بیٹے کو ایک کروڑ روپے دئیے اور دوسرے کو دس لاکھ روپے۔ کچھ عرصے کے بعد پہلے بیٹے کو ایک زمین بھی دے دی جبکہ دوسرے کو کچھ بھی نہیں دیا، اب دوسرے بیٹے نے دوکان کے منافع سے ایک گھر بنایا تو ان کو کہا گیا کہ اس گھر میں سب شریک ہیں کیوں کہ دوکان کے لئے پیسے دیتے وقت کہا گیا تھا کہ اس میں سب شریک ہوں گے۔ والد اور ان کے تین بیٹے، جبکہ پہلے بیٹے نے بھی دوکان کے منافع سے گھر بنایا تو کہا اس میں کوئی شریک نہیں ہو گا کیوں کہ اس نے دوکان سے پیسے نکالے ہیں، تو اس کا کیا حکم ہے؟
